适用(yong)于(yu)LPZ0A-LPZ2防雷分区界面,并安装于主配电系统。集成B级、C级两(liang)级保护(hu)的(de)组合型电源(yuan)系统电涌保护器(qi)。安装(zhuang)一(yi)组产(chan)品实现了一(yi)、二级电源(yuan)电涌保护而(er)无需使用退耦电感,尤其适合(he)一(yi)、二级保护器(qi)级间无法(fa)满足10米(mi)安装距离的情况。

2、工(gong)作原理
DXH06-FLBCS组合型(xing)电源防(fang)雷器是(shi)由带主动能量控制放电(dian)间隙和高效的过(guo)电(dian)压保护(hu)器(qi)组合(he)而(er)成,构成低压电(dian)源第一(yi)、二级电(dian)涌(yong)保护(hu),属(shu)于B+C类的电源防雷器(qi)。其既具有C类SPD的响应(ying)速度和(he)低保护电平,同时又具(ju)有(you)B类(lei)保护器(qi)的能量级别。这种(zhong)组合防护技术,取消了Ⅰ级(ji)和(he)Ⅱ级电(dian)涌保护器(qi)之间(jian)(jian)退耦器(qi)的安装和级间(jian)(jian)连接导线长度的限制(zhi),节省安装空(kong)间(jian)(jian),简化安装技(ji)术,优化导线连接。放电(dian)间(jian)(jian)隙用特种耐电(dian)弧烧(shao)蚀合金材料精(jing)密制(zhi)成,寿命长,续流小。
如果B级和C级电涌保护器通过电子触发装置(zhi)将形(xing)成Ⅰ级电(dian)(dian)涌(yong)泄放(fang)通道(dao)的密闭放(fang)电(dian)(dian)间隙和形成Ⅱ级电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)涌(yong)(yong)泄(xie)放(fang)通道的(de)优质(zhi)压(ya)敏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)组合在一起,并利(li)用压(ya)敏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)泄(xie)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)涌(yong)(yong)时的(de)箝位电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)信号触发间(jian)(jian)隙放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),大部(bu)分电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)涌(yong)(yong)能量将通过放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)间(jian)(jian)隙泄(xie)放(fang),减(jian)轻压(ya)敏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)负(fu)荷(he),实现放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)间(jian)(jian)隙和(he)压(ya)敏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)能量泄(xie)放(fang)联(lian)动,构建低压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源系统(tong)Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级电(dian)涌组合保护。

5、安装及维护
5.1 安(an)装在处于LPZ0A-LPZ2防雷分(fen)区界面(mian)的(de)电源进线总(zong)配(pei)电柜内;
5.2 产品如(ru)上图所(suo)示安装,相线不小于10mm2,接地线不应小于16mm2;
5.3 电源相线(L)、零线(xian)(N)分(fen)别(bie)接入电(dian)涌(yong)保护器(qi)(qi)相应接线端(duan)子,保证牢固及可靠,将电(dian)涌(yong)保护器(qi)(qi)接地(di)端(duan)与地(di)线作良好电(dian)气连接。
5.4 非专(zhuan)业人士严禁(jin)操作;禁(jin)止(zhi)带电安(an)装,扭力:2.5 -2.8Nm。
5.5 防雷器前端串接相应的熔断器315A 或(huo)空开(C63A)。
5.6 无需特别的日常维护,应定期检查防雷器的工作情况,有条件(jian)的地方可(ke)以(yi)利用(yong)防雷器的遥(yao)信(xin)告警信(xin)号功(gong)能。如(ru)防雷器状(zhuang)态指示窗口已经变红或其前端限流器件动作,应及时维护或更换模块(kuai)。
